2-Many germs live on dirt.




3-They cause disease.

7-Do exercise at least every third day for increase Resistance power.

8-Do Yoga exercise like Stomach,Surya Naskar,Anulom,Vilome etc.




9- Do exercise in Gym Center for Jogging,Arm exercise,Stomach exercise,shoulder exercise,chest/thy exercise etc. 


                                                               10-Do exercise in Park.
